HASSLE-FREE RETURNS – Return Policy Requirements For Domestic Orders

Full price merchandise and sale merchandise can be returned for a full refund or exchanged within 30 days of the delivery date. We will only accept returns for items that have not been damaged, used, altered, or machine washed.

Upon receipt of returned goods, Sakari Outdoor reserves the right to deny refund if the merchandise does not meet return policy requirements as outlined above.

I understand and agree that I am providing my personal information to Sakari Outdoor in accordance with the following Privacy Policy and Terms and Conditions. Sakari Outdoor products come with a standard one year Limited Warranty from the date of purchase against manufacturer’s defect. Registration within 1 year of the date of purchase is required.

Thank you for your interest in the products manufactured and distributed by Sakari Outdoor. This Limited Warranty applies to physical goods, and only for physical goods, purchased from Sakari Outdoor (the “Physical Goods”).

What does this limited warranty cover?

This Limited Warranty covers any defects in material or workmanship under normal use during the Warranty Period. During the Warranty Period, Sakari Outdoor will repair or replace, at no charge, products or parts of a product that proves defective because of improper material or workmanship, under normal use and maintenance.

How long does the coverage last?

The Warranty Period for Physical Goods purchased from Sakri Outdoor is 365 days from the date of purchase.

A replacement Physical Good or part assumes the remaining warranty of the original Physical Good or 365 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever is longer.

The Warranty is only applicable with proof of purchase specifying purchase solely from Sakari Outdoor and no other parties.

What is not covered under the limited warranty?

This Limited Warranty does not cover any problem that is caused by:
 conditions, malfunctions or damage not resulting from defects in material or workmanship.

What do you have to do?

To obtain warranty service, you must first contact us to determine the problem and the most appropriate solution for you. Once contact is made, proof of purchase specifying purchase made from Sakari Outdoor will be requested. Upon receipt appropriate measures will be taken.
